With the meeting falling on Mothers day, we were expecting a fairly low turn out. How wrong can you be?
With 56 drivers and 18 spectators this was one of the busiest meetings that we have had. It was also great to catch up with people from the past, and oh my, don't kids grow up fast!
Notably this month we had quite a contingent of fairground trucks and engines, lovely to see those old timers as well. Lots of trucks and nicknacks for sale as well.
Fantastic to see the quarry being put to full use, hope you all had fun. It was also nice to see so many yards there, the quality of those keeps improving as well. Over the years we have gone from our black floor covering with a few trucks on to now when we have full featured yards with fencing, warehouses, distribution and more. It's fantastic to see and a credit to all those that come month after month. So, thanks you one and all.
